Part time casual work on offer for Tākaro Trails Cycle Tours for the summer.
We need a Bike Shop Assistant and/or Cycle Guides. Must be a happy host, work well in a team, love international visitors and love bikes.
Must be available for all of summer October-April, 2-4 days/week. Weekend and Public Holiday work availability essential.

Love being active, meeting people, and not sitting behind a desk all day? We’re looking for Casual Ops Assistant (rostered 1–2 days a week - weekend availability essential) to help run our cycle tours.

👉 Drive vans with passengers and trailers
👉 Set up bikes and load trailers
👉 Help guests have an epic day
👉 Basic bike maintenance experience a bonus

Thanks! Tākaro held their annual end of season get together at Clearview Estate Winery Restaurant Cellar Door yesterday for a beautiful lunch and excellent wine to celebrate our summer, our staff and our mahi. There were multiple ‘toasts’!

They are staying at the amazing Cape Kidnappers Lodge and took a guided tour with Tākaro Trails around the wineries on Wednesday. What cool promo from the AA Traveller group released today. We were lucky enough to have a rep of theirs with us for a 2 day 2 night Baycation last month, and when you add in the Gannet Safari tour and the Art Deco Trust walking tour of Napier city, plus the best places to savour the food and wine locally - the write up from their experience is awesome...
